Sarah Evans, Co-Owner & Teacher
Sarah is a life long practitioner of yoga and holds her E-RYT 500-hour, YCEP, Tier 3 Baptiste Certified Yoga Influencer, FIT to Lead Graduate, RN and massage therapist. Her teaching leads to inspiration and empowerment both on and off the mat for her students. When Sarah is not teaching or practicing she can be found training for half marathons, riding her horses, spending time with her husband and 4 kids or doing anything outside.
Leslie Williams, Co-Owner & Teacher
Leslie holds a 200 RYT , a FIT to Lead certification from the Baptiste Institute and her J.D. Yoga is a joyful physical and mental practice that she uses both on her mat and in her life and she brings that to her teaching. When she is not teaching she can be found with family and friends at the lake or in the mountains.
Jennifer Mills, Teacher
Jen Mills is a 500 RYT with a background in massage therapy. She found yoga when her friend and mentor invited her to a yoga class. She participated in Baptiste Yoga Level 1 & 2 training, has been to over 7 Baptiste short programs, led 40 days programs, and assisted in the facilitation of multiple 200 hour teacher trainings. She loves to continue to learn about yoga and mindfulness. Jen enjoys spending time on her porch with her family, friends, and pups…and of course drinking Starbucks.
Kathy Price, Teacher
Kathy Price was introduced to yoga at home with her kids' Wiis and has been practicing ever since. She furthered her love for yoga by becoming a certified yoga instructor in 2021. With a degree in psychology, many years of customer service and other leadership training Kathy resonates with the inquiry side of yoga and enjoys sharing that with everyone she meets. In her free time she enjoys time with her family and watching her kids events and any chance to travel, shop and laugh and genuinely make people smile!
Maddy Hausch, Teacher
Maddy Hausch is 200 hour registered yoga teacher and an intensive care registered nurse. After being a high school and college athlete all her life, Maddy found yoga in 2018. While just trying to find something to stay in shape, she instead found something that completely changed her life and challenged her in a way she didn’t know was possible. Being passionate about learning and expanding her knowledge, she received her 200 RYT certification in 2019. Maddy’s intention is to inspire and empower others through a powerful practice. She is devoted to generating positive energy and community. When Maddy isn’t at the studio or working, she enjoys spending her time with her fiancé, traveling, and being outdoors.
Heather Pankop, Teacher
Heather is a 200-Hour, Registered Yoga Teacher and Registered Nurse. Heather first began practicing yoga in 2009, but didn't find Baptiste Yoga until 2019. She connected instantly with the methodology of the Baptiste practice, which led to her certification in 2021. When Heather isn't working as a nurse or teaching, you'll likely find her spending time with her husband and sons, or serving in her church and children's school.
Shelly Manges, Teacher
Shelly is a 200 RYT yoga instructor as well as an Eden Energy Medicine Instructor. She incorporates both into her teaching. Outside of the studio, you will find her gardening, walking her dogs, redecorating her home and hanging out with family.
Bri Lovvorn, Teacher
Bri is a 200 hour registered yoga teacher and a massage therapist. Her favorite types of yoga include general mindfulness, breathing exercises, and gentle/restorative flows. Bri's fascination with the human musculature and body, her passion for creating what works in each person's body every and every day and her desire to connect with people one on one led her to offer private yoga sessions customizable both for the body and your schedule. In her free time, she likes to get cozy at home with her family, friends, and pets, drink coffee, and read good books.
Gary Early, Teacher
Gary Early is a certified yoga instructor since 2017. With a love of triathlons and music, Gary found yoga in 2010 when he decided to turn his world upside down and start a “change of life” plan to be a healthier version of himself. When Gary isn’t flying an airplane all over he likes to grill with friends, golf (when there’s no snow) and winter camp!
Jan Evrard, Teacher
Jan Evrard is a 200 hour registered yoga instructor and received her training in 2015 at the age of 62. She is also a certified instructor for Yoga 12 Step Recovery. Jan began to practice yoga in 1971, but it was not until much later that she took time to allow yoga to change her life. Jan is active in several social justice and environmental groups and loves her family, coffee, cats and meeting new people.
Jena Snyder, Teacher
Jena is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher, chiropractor, and an acupuncturist. She started doing yoga occasionally in college, but really fell in love with it in graduate school. Yoga started to help her relax and move her body after sitting for long hours in class. Jena completed her yoga training in 2021, and since then has completed training in Yoga & Traditional Chinese Medicine, and prenatal/postpartum yoga. She has a love for teaching prenatal/postpartum women, as well as teaching to children. When Jena isn’t working at her office or teaching yoga, she enjoyed finding local coffee shops, playing volleyball, buying all the houseplants she can get her hands on, and spending time with her family and dog.
Megan Masterson, Teacher
Megan started practicing yoga in 2011 as a supplement to her running practice. Yoga is now her main gig with running as a hobby on the side. Her yoga practice ignited her passion for integrating mindfulness into her life and created a foundation for her plant-based diet. She received her 200-hour RYT certificate in 2017 with the intention of learning more about yoga. As she learned more Megan also learned she LOVES to teach and empower other people to find their own unique fullest expression. In addition to teaching yoga she owns a composting operation, Ground Down, where she diverts food waste from the landfill and creates healthy living soil. Megan lives in the ‘07 with her husband and three dogs.
Rachel Wender, Teacher
Rachel is a 200 RYT. Rachel discovered yoga when she was looking for balance in her training for Ironman triathlons and open water swimming competitions. Her approach to teaching is to empower each student to connect to their individual strengths within and leave class feeling uplifted and full of life. When not teaching or practicing yoga, Rachel is a Managing Director at an investment bank. She also enjoys traveling to places with bad Wi-Fi and planning retreats for the studio.
